Advanced Component Technologies, Inc.’s primary products are secondary non-metallic structures. We specialize in acoustical, aesthetic components, and thermoformed plastic. For over 40 years, ACT has produced components using plastic sheet, polyurethane foam, fabric and polymer-based facings. We also manufacture composite thermoplastic sheets with discontinuous fiber reinforcement using the thermoforming, die cutting, and other molding processes. Applications include headliners, interior and exterior fenders, sunvisors, roof caps, engine covers, hoods, floor mats, underbody insulation, firewall barriers, and various other trim and acoustical parts. We can produce single subcomponents to complete assemblies according to our customer’s requirements.
